Weekly Photo Challenge: Silhouette

I took sunset photos at the waterfront and I swear this young woman purposely posed for me. I loved how I could just see her silhouette at dusk.

Here’s another sunset photo I took. These local teens were brave enough to jump into the cold water at night. I wish my camera was faster to capture the jump better. I think it’s still a fun photo to see a silhouette jump in mid-air.

Weekly Photo Challenge: Blue

The new weekly photo challenge finally arrived. The topic this week is blue, which excites me because it’s my favorite color and it’s perfect for today. It was another warm and sunny day, so before I even saw the photo prompt I was going to take a walk along the waterfront. The day was filled with blue skies and blue water.

Weekly Photo Challenge: Windows

This week’s photo challenge is windows and I went back to my China photos.

This isn’t exactly a ‘window’ but I loved how I could see through the metal concrete at a park. It made me want to peak through.

This photo was taken quickly from inside a taxi. The odd shaped building and the criss cross pattern of the taxi’s glass fascinated me.

You don’t see huge windows on a pink building every day. Well, at least I don’t.

The last photo was not taken in China, but was taken in Washington State with a viewpoint of the water on a snowy day.
