Weekly Photo Challenge: Golden Hour

I know this was last week’s challenge, but I’ve been busy and couldn’t resist showing this beautiful ‘golden hour’. I took the photo along Washington State’s ocean coast during the 4th of July weekend.

Weekly Photo Challenge: Silhouette

Posted on Updated on

I took sunset photos at the waterfront and I swear this young woman purposely posed for me. I loved how I could just see her silhouette at dusk.

Here’s another sunset photo I took. These local teens were brave enough to jump into the cold water at night. I wish my camera was faster to capture the jump better. I think it’s still a fun photo to see a silhouette jump in mid-air.

I’m sure there’s going to be many beautiful sunsets for this week’s photo challenge. I took this photo while working at a summer camp on Vashon Island in Washington State.
