Weekly Photo Challenge
This week’s photo challenge is room. It can mean a physical space, movement, comfort, room to grow, etc. I decided to show a room before and after of my sister’s recent wedding. It shows how festive and lively the room became.
This week’s photo challenge is a photo that captures a split second story with street photography. Last night, I attended the musical ‘Once’ in Seattle. It was a very fun, lively, and beautiful production. I may have to purchase the music. These photos capture the split seconds before with excitement and satisfaction at the end.
This week’s photo challenge is twist. It can be a new ‘spin’ on an every day topic or event. I decided to stick with twist in the literal sense with a physical twist in structure. These photos are of a staircase that twists into a water foundation. I love how the black & white captures the twist.

This week’s photo challenge is ‘one’ to focus on one element. The rainbow stretching across the grey clouds is the one focus in this photo.
This week’s photo challenge focuses on lines and patterns. I love to photograph geometric shapes and patterns that we see everyday. Here are some random photographs I took of walkways, sidewalks, and paths we step across each day but may not notice the details. The simple lines create beauty.

This week’s photo challenge theme is ‘inside’. I decided the inside subject would be myself. I attended my first Seattle Mariner‘s baseball game this summer. (I think they won because I was there.) I took a photo sitting inside the giant mitt outside the stadium. Another photo shows me inside a llama. Why? I went to a ‘knit and pitch’ event at the game. There was yarn and other supplies to buy. I bought nothing knitting related, instead just tons of baseball food that got me a little sick. I also included photos inside the stadium.

I realize I’m a week late for this photo challenge, but I didn’t have time to post it. Here are some photos of my dog, George, enjoying the beach at Kalaloch in Washington. Normally, he doesn’t like water but he kept walking out to play in the waves.
