I just started Stephen King’s 11/22/63. So far I really enjoy the book. Here are my two ‘teaser’ sentences:

“Get in touch with your, you know feminine side. Look at me the way women look at other women when they’re judging age.”

Great book; funny quote. Yeah, I thoroughly enjoyed this. One of the best I’ve read of his. I usually recommend this to people that claim they don’t like Stephen King.

It may be a long book, but I’ve really gone through fast. So far I’m enjoying it.

Stephen King is one of my favorite writers, and although I haven’t read this one yet, your quote definitely intrigues me! Here’s myTT

I always thought King was only thriller scary books, but he’s just a good storyteller. I’ll check out your teaser.

Great idea! 😀 I am going to include one from a book I have on my TBR list that sounds good, because than I’ll want to read it even more.
Here Lies Arthur by Philip Reeve
“…I have no magic powers. I’m just a traveler who has picked up a few handy conjuring tricks along the road.” ~Myrddin, Page 27

I’m curious about the book now. What tricks does he have perhaps?

From the summary, (I have only briefly looked at the first two pages), I think that Myrddin and Gywna (the MC) want to make Arthur, the leader of a rag-taggy war troupe into king of Camelot. I’m guessing that they change their names to Merlin and Guinevere, but I’m not sure. The book sounds very good. 🙂

I'd love to hear from you! Have a great day!
